Junior Customer Success Manager

We are seeking a driven and organized Junior Customer Success Manager to join our vibrant team in Montpellier. As a key member of our Customer Success team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our clients and projects.
About the RoleThe Junior Customer Success Manager will support the Customer Success Manager in managing and coordinating large-scale client onboarding projects. This includes developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, and status reports, as well as coordinating activities across teams.
Key Responsibilities- Project Support: Assist in the setup and initial phases of onboarding projects, helping to develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and status reports.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive project documentation and prepare regular status updates for internal and external stakeholders.
- Communication: Facilitate effective communication between team members and stakeholders, assist in organizing project meetings, and act as a liaison between the Project Director and other team members.
- Risk Management: Support the identification and mitigation of project risks, and assist in developing contingency plans to address potential challenges.
- Travel Requirements: Travel to Paris twice a month for meetings with the Country Manager, clients, and stakeholders, with additional travel as needed.
- Experience: 3-6 years of project management or PMO experience, preferably in a SaaS or tech environment.
- Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficient in project management tools and methodologies.
- Education: Relevant degree or equivalent experience in project management or a related field.
