Enterprise Sales Manager, DACH Region

We're seeking a seasoned Enterprise Sales Manager to work with our largest customers in the DACH region, building strong relationships, identifying customer needs, and driving the buying process. Our ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, a strong understanding of customer needs, and the ability to assess and address those needs effectively.

Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Account Planning: Develop plans and resource requirements to drive customer growth and upsell opportunities in the DACH region. Analyze and measure account plans for customer and company success, providing accurate forecasting for in-quarter opportunities and quarterly revenue commitments.
  2. Risk Management: Identify and manage risk, ensuring decisive action to mitigate potential issues.
  3. Network Building: Establish a strong network within Capijobnew, Microsoft, and customer organizations to ensure success. Collaborate with technical product management, engineering, support, technical sales, and professional services to bring the full weight of Capijobnew to customers.
  4. Manage by Influence: Build consensus within Capijobnew, Microsoft, and customer organizations to drive agreed outcomes.
  5. Understand Capijobnew Products and Solutions: Counsel customers on best practices for leveraging Capijobnew products and services to become innovation leaders. Offer unique insights to encourage customers to think differently about their business and discover the true value of working with Capijobnew.
  6. Effective Communication and Presentation: Present strategic ideas to customers, work off script, and answer questions and challenges in live settings.
  7. Deal Process, Objection Handling, and Driving Momentum: Understand how to map prospects and buying processes, help new buyers navigate deals to close, identify deal stakeholders, mobilizers, and blockers to drive deal momentum to close.
  8. Team with Solutions Engineering: Collaborate with our Solutions Engineering team, ensuring close sales and pre-sales alignment.
Qualifications
  1. 5-10 years of successful enterprise software sales experience
  2. Strong customer orientation, dedication, and passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  3. Ability to assess customer needs and build strong, trusted relationships at all levels
  4. Strong presentation skills
  5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  6. Collaborative and team-oriented
  7. English and German skills required, additional languages beneficial
  8. Interest in all aspects of the software development lifecycle (including application security)
  9. Strong technical aptitude and ability to become fluent in Capijobnew's technology and the industry
  10. Consistent track record of aligning multiple resources to align with customer objectives
  11. Consistent track record of exceeding quota
  12. High energy and positive attitude
  13. Ability to take initiative
  14. Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment; able to think quickly
  15. Willing to go the extra mile with a strong work ethic; self-directed and resourceful
  16. Selling subscription and consumption-based licenses
  17. Experience using CRM
