Enterprise Software Sales Manager

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our Enterprise Software Sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving growth and revenue in the enterprise sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  2. Manage a team of sales professionals to ensure they meet or exceed their sales targets.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  4. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure our sales strategy remains competitive.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of software solutions to clients.

Requirements:

  1. Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, particularly in the software industry.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Strong business acumen and ability to analyze complex data.
  4. Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales leadership roles.
  5. Fluent in English.
