Key Responsibilities- Strategic Account Planning: Develop and execute plans to drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities with existing customers in the DACH region. Analyze customer needs and provide accurate forecasting for revenue growth.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks to ensure customer success and revenue growth.
- Network Building: Establish strong relationships with customers, GitHub, and Microsoft to drive business outcomes.
- Collaboration and Influence: Work with cross-functional teams to build consensus and drive agreed-upon outcomes.
- Product Expertise: Develop in-depth knowledge of GitHub's products and solutions to counsel customers on best practices and drive business value.
- Communication and Presentation: Effectively present strategic ideas and solutions to customers and stakeholders.
- Deal Process and Objection Handling: Map customer buying processes, identify deal stakeholders, and drive deal momentum to close.
