The Role
The Inside Sales Representative is crucial to our company's success in the B2B segment. This role empowers the broader organization to enhance lead generation and boost conversion rates.
The Inside Sales Representative's responsibilities include:
- Conducting outbound communication through cold calling and emails to identify potential leads
- Generating new business leads and overseeing the pipeline
Responsibilities
The Inside Sales Representative will:
- Lead generation: conduct outbound communication, source new sales opportunities, and follow up on inbound leads
- Sales organization: plan meetings, web demos, and visits for Market Manager team
- Partnership closing: share best practices and recommendations to increase efficiency and effectiveness in lead generation
- Performance metrics: achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Negotiation support: participate in the preparation and handling of negotiations with potential partners
- Collaboration: work collaboratively with Market Managers, Sales Ops, and the wider Commercial team
- Market insights: collect market and industry feedback, presenting new business opportunities
- Customer interaction: respond to customer queries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and accurate manner
- CRM management: process leads from customers within the CRM and ensure Sales Excellence
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven work experience in sales
- Experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, travel, or travel tech industry
- In-depth understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Strong phone presence with previous experience in high-volume cold calling
- Customer-oriented mentality with excellent communication skills
- Hands-on experience with ERP or CRM systems
- Multitasking skills, eager to take on varied tasks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French
