The Role

  • As a Junior Technical Customer Success Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by communicating with clients and resolving technical issues via live chat and tickets in a timely manner.
  • You will apply problem-solving skills and resourcefulness to show customers what customer obsession is really about.
  • As a true ambassador, you will empower our customers to build their online success by providing them with the necessary tools and support.
  • You will have the opportunity to dive deep into the world of IT by daily polishing your technical expertise.
  • You will deliver impactful work on a global scale.

Ideal Candidate

  • You possess excellent written and spoken English proficiency to communicate with customers and the team.
  • You have high IT curiosity and technical understanding.
  • You are able to multitask and handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously.
  • You have high emotional intelligence, with the ability to read customers' sentiment and reflect back on the feedback provided.
  • You have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically when addressing tasks.
  • You are able to show empathy, tactfulness, and proactivity when interacting with customers.
  • You have a hunger for growth and a can-do attitude.
  • You are a curious and always learning mindset - if you don't know, how can you find out more?
  • You own your own growth through reflection, reviewing past interactions and preparing to take initiative on opportunities.
  • You have a typing speed of ≥ 50 WPM.
  • You are available for 40 hours per week (5 days a week) in agreed rotating timelines (including nights, and weekends).
  • You have the opportunity to participate in our online e-training (in English) during the first month, from Monday to Friday, from 8am to 5pm (GMT-3).
  • You have a computer with the following parameters: RAM - 16 GB or higher (for Windows); 8 GB or higher (for Mac Os). Processor - Intel i3, i5, i7, 10th generation or later. Minimum AMD Ryzen 4000 or higher.
  • You have an operating system: Windows 10 (Windows 10 Home, Pro, or Enterprise. S Mode is not supported). Mac OS X, with macOS 13.6 or later. Linux: Ubuntu LTS 22.04 or higher, Red Hat 8.0 or higher, Fedora 38 or higher.
  • You are able to boost the internet speed to at least 50 Mbps.
  • Experience in the customer service field is a plus.
