The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Snaphunt. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and their customers.

The Role

  • Answer and route calls for our clients' customers within our software platform.
  • Schedule appointments and enter customer information.
  • Provide a positive first impression for our clients' customers.

The Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in an Admin Assistant role, preferably in the Professional Services industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Working knowledge of US cultural affinity and English language.
  • Strong networker and relationship builder.
  • Highly goal-driven and able to work in fast-paced environments.
  • Fluent English with a neutral or appealing accent and excellent diction.
  • 500+ connections on LinkedIn.
