About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at Gamma Education. As a key member of our Customer Success department, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success with our online learning platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Onboard new clients and provide a seamless transition to our platform
  • Develop and implement customized solutions to meet client needs and goals
  • Monitor client progress and provide regular feedback and support
  • Identify and address potential issues before they become major problems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure client success and satisfaction
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our platform and its features
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer success
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the education sector
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership
  • Fluency in French, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
