Account Executive Biodiversity Specialist

Our client, a leading player in maritime innovation, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to join their team in Caen. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for generating, developing, and closing sales opportunities in the biodiversity and sustainability space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new B2B leads in the maritime industry.
  • Convert leads into customers through research, stakeholder engagement, and interest generation.
  • Create and deliver impactful sales presentations, negotiate, and close deals.
  • Manage the sales process for tenders, including national and international calls, and ensure company listing with prime contractors.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experience and build long-term relationships through effective follow-up.
  • Implement feedback and provide detailed reporting.

Requirements:

  • Experience in biodiversity, passive acoustics, or fisheries.
  • Knowledge of the maritime offshore industry.
  • Entrepreneurial, innovative, and resilient.
  • Excellent communication skills, including cold calling, email, and social media.
  • Analytical abilities to assess customer needs and optimize sales practices.
  • Skilled in presentation and negotiation.
  • Committed to customer success.
  • Collaborative team player.
  • Fluent in French and English; additional languages are a plus.

  • Salary up to 50K€ fixed according to experience and profile.
  • Managerial status with a daily allowance.
  • Quarterly bonuses based on performance.
