Sales Deal Sourcing Executive

Main Responsibilities

The Sales Deal Sourcing Executive will be responsible for providing high-level professional support to the Sales Directors across the EMEA business, covering clients across France, to maintain, grow, and identify new revenue opportunities in assigned accounts.

This role involves supporting key accounts and building a personal set of accounts through prospecting and networking.

Key Accountabilities

  • Support the Sales Directors in growing territory revenue and market share;
  • Help create and maintain territory and account plans accurately;
  • Set up meetings with assigned accounts and build rapport with internal and external customers;
  • Participate in onboarding training and continuous learning opportunities;

Requirements

  • Fluency in English and French is essential;
  • Solid assessment, judgment, and decision-making skills;
  • Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills;
  • Advanced relationship management skills;
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills;
  • Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets;
  • Demonstrated professional customer business and relationship building skills;
  • Technology/SaaS/Financial Services sales experience highly regarded;
  • M&A experience highly regarded.
