About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Inpeco. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the French market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, distributors, and partners.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth and maximize profitability.
  • Oversee all financial aspects of the business, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Lead a team of talented professionals and cultivate a culture of empowerment and ownership.
  • Ensure alignment with company goals and objectives, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
  • Education: Degree level in Healthcare or Business (administration, economics) and a solid experience in Laboratory Medicine or Anatomical Pathology within the country.
  • Experience: At least 15+ years of working in an international organization within the Healthcare space (at least 5+ years in a management position), with a matrix environment, working with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Product Development and Finance.
  • Track record: Proven track record of being able to deliver sustained sales results, including experience with large & complex accounts, end-user selling, growing existing customer base and negotiating through multiple business models to win the deals.
  • Leadership: Experience in leading and developing team performance using a variety of sales leadership processes including funnel management, account plan reviews, and sales skill coaching.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities and wear many hats in a fast-paced and pressured work environment. A proactive, flexible, and pragmatic approach will be required for success.
  • Native French speaker.
  • Fluent English, written and spoken (C1 or C2 level).
  • Fiscal residence in France.
  • Knowledge of CRM Salesforce.
