About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Support Engineer to join our team in Grenoble. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our customers, ensuring their satisfaction with our service and maintaining the operational quality of our system equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers, including troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing of complex capital equipment.
- Collaborate with customers to minimize downtime and ensure seamless operation of our equipment.
- Work closely with our installation engineers to resolve problems and ensure timely completion of projects.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction with our service.
Requirements
- Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in a technical support role, preferably in the semiconductor industry.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English and French is a must.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
