**Poste :** Au sein d'une entreprise multinationale suisse spécialisée dans la distribution de produits et technologies de fixation, nous recherchons un nouveau **Sales Growth Specialist**.

**Missions :** En tant que membre de l'équipe de prospection, vous serez responsable d'une partie significative du territoire français (est - sud-est) en interagissant avec une clientèle diversifiée dans le secteur industriel.

Vous aurez pour mission principale de **développer les ventes** par l'acquisition de nouveaux clients. Vos responsabilités incluent :

- Identifier les opportunités et maintenir un réseau d'influence
- Effectuer des actions de prospection et conquérir de nouveaux comptes
- Réaliser des visites de découverte, en collaboration avec des experts techniques
- Négocier les contrats et les conditions commerciales
- Communiquer les informations pertinentes et collaborer avec les équipes internes
- Suivre les indicateurs de performance et les rapports d'activités
- Transmettre les informations au service développement

**Équipe :** Vous intégrerez une nouvelle équipe de 6 personnes, où vous serez le **responsable** de votre secteur et de votre activité, avec pour objectif d'acquérir de nouveaux clients.

**Produits :** Vous serez chargé de promouvoir les différentes technologies de fixation, tout en proposant des solutions d'ingénierie et de logistique pour optimiser les processus de production.

**Conditions de travail :** Ce poste offre la possibilité de télétravail et des déplacements fréquents (jusqu'à 3 jours par semaine), ainsi que l'option de travailler sur site.
**Rémunération :** Package à partir de 45 KEUR, incluant une voiture de fonction.
**Statut :** Cadre avec RTT.

**Profil recherché :** Nous recherchons un collaborateur autonome, expérimenté dans l'organisation des postes sur le terrain. Vous devez être un véritable **chasseur** dans l'âme, passionné par la conquête de nouveaux clients.
Un Bac + 2 en commerce est souhaité, ainsi qu'une expérience dans le secteur industriel ou une capacité à comprendre les besoins de ces environnements techniques.
