Role Overview
We are currently looking for experienced Cost Managers to support our initiatives in the battery manufacturing sector. In this role, you will serve as the primary contact for our clients, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently and yield outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all procurement processes, including managing pre-qualification stages, creating bid lists, conducting bid analyses, and compiling contractual documentation.
- Engage in post-contract cost variance analysis and manage change control processes, escalating significant changes to your line manager.
- Prepare and present monthly post-contract cost reports to clients.
- Maintain effective communication with clients and other consultants throughout all project phases.

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in construction projects within the battery, semiconductor, chemical, industrial, manufacturing, data center, or pharmaceutical sectors.
  • Expertise in either pre-contract cost planning and estimating or post-contract commercial management.
  • A strong understanding of mechanical, process, electrical, and plumbing systems related to construction.
  • Knowledge of civil, structural, and architectural aspects pertinent to construction projects.
  • Experience leading cost management on medium to large-scale construction projects with varying complexity.
  • Familiarity with construction industry technical matters, including procurement routes, value management, and value engineering.
  • A proactive approach, willing to spend time on-site as projects progress.
  • Proficiency in both French and English.
