Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Process Expert to join our team at Dassault Systèmes. As a key member of our sales team, you will work closely with internal sales teams and partners to provide technical information and support for the successful execution of sales and deployment cycles of our solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Mastery of Software in Industrial Environment: Develop and maintain in-depth expertise in industrial processes, adapted to different sectors or brand offerings. Manage and optimize the standard use of business software, while minimizing and documenting potential deviations and their impacts.
- Value Commitment Management: Take charge of assigned activities, providing deliverables required according to different project phases, with particular emphasis on the quality of deliverables including revisions. Lead these activities, ensure ownership of deliverables and present the content of commitments with associated value to stakeholders or during specific customer presentations.
- Customer Process Optimization: Identify, document and capitalize on best practices. Carry out modeling, analysis and re-engineering of customer processes, proposing software uses on targeted perimeters. Confirm and finalize customer storyboards based on agreed solution to be deployed, aligned with targeted solution architecture.
- Business Development and Communication: Contribute to increasing business size by identifying transformational opportunities, improving sales processes by accelerating contract signing and securing successful implementation. Support solution enablement for ecosystem and partners. Regularly publish relevant content in internal communities.
- Demos and Presentations: Prepare and execute standard or specific demos, with narratives tailored to different audiences (users, process owners). Set up the appropriate environment for demonstrations to assigned customers. Manage the creation of scripts and materials for customer-specific demonstrations within the engagement team.
- Planning and Reporting: Manage and report on the planning of customer activities according to plan. Complete RFx responses on assigned functional scope topics.
Qualifications:
BAC+5 in engineering school or equivalent university degree in information systems and/or industrial engineering. Ideally, you have a minimum of 8 years' professional experience in the field of industrial production support software, quality control and discrete industrial processes with a high degree of end-product configurability. Knowledge of manufacturing industry concepts, particularly in relation to production, quality, maintenance and logistics. Ability to articulate proposed solutions to business needs and document their value. Ability to communicate effectively in French and English (verbal and written). Communication and leadership skills, and the ability to work closely with DS' internal ecosystem as well as to lead professional communities. Good interpersonal skills and customer commitment. Ability to analyze and manage priorities.
