Job Description:

Service Desk & Access Administrator (M/F/X)


Responsabilités


  • First Point of Contact: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients seeking technical assistance via phone, email, or ticketing system.
  • Remote Troubleshooting: Conduct remote diagnostics and ask relevant questions to identify the root cause of the issue.
  • Problem Resolution: Determine the best solution based on the problem and client-provided details.
  • Client Guidance: Guide the client through the problem-solving process.
  • Escalation: Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel.
  • Event Recording: Record events and problems, along with their resolutions, in logbooks.
  • Client Status Update: Maintain and update client information and status.
  • Information Sharing: Share client feedback and suggestions with the internal team.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and suggest possible improvements to procedures.
  • IT Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and develop IT equipment within the service desk.


Profil souhaité


  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and/or minimum 2 years of experience.
  • Technical Knowledge: General understanding of network infrastructure and Microsoft server environments.
  • Hardware and Software Knowledge: Familiarity with computer hardware, printers, peripherals, mobile devices.
  • Strong Writing Skills: Excellent written communication skills.
  • Customer Service: Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills (user-oriented).
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Stress Resistance: Ability to work under stress and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Prioritization: Good prioritization skills.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills.
  • Autonomy and Teamwork: Autonomous, versatile, and team-oriented.
  • Languages: Fluency in French and Luxembourgish, with English being an asset.
