Job Title: Senior IT Support Specialist

Wiser Solutions, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our employees, ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure, and contributing to the development of our IT strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert-level technical support to employees, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and maintenance of IT systems.
  • Administer and maintain our network infrastructure, including firewalls, switches, and access points.
  • Manage and support Active Directory, Azure, and AWS environments.
  • Configure and maintain Windows Server environments, including server and workstation support.
  • Assist with Service Desk support services, mentoring support personnel, and performing miscellaneous support duties as designated by the Enterprise Systems Manager.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, or relevant work experience.
  • 7+ years of relevant support and administration experience.
  • 2+ years in a senior administrative position.
  • Progressive certifications related to the role, such as Cisco/Meraki, Microsoft Support Certifications, and CompTIA A+.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to assist users with varying levels of technical expertise.
