About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to join our team at Magna Tyres Group. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the French market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to grow sales across our product categories: Truck Tyres, Industrial Tyres, and OTR Tyres.
  • Provide outstanding service to our French clients and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Convert annual sales targets into clear, actionable plans for the French market.
  • Drive growth and improve margins in the French tyre industry.
  • Manage a balanced schedule with approximately 70% travel to meet clients and 30% remote work.
Requirements
  • A proven sales professional with at least 5 years of experience in the tire industry, ideally within the OTR and Industrial or Truck Tyres sector.
  • Fluency in French is required for this role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
