Position: Sales Consultant at Steva
As a Sales Consultant, you will collaborate closely with the management team and marketing department to engage new residents. You will be an integral part of a vibrant team serving a community of senior residents.
Your Key Responsibilities:- Broaden the client base with an emphasis on upscale senior clientele
- Market the community within the local area and cultivate a network of referrals
- Coordinate tours of the residence, organize events, and nurture relationships with potential residents
- Engage in community activities to promote the residence
- Operate independently while providing regular updates to the sales and marketing teams
