About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Education Expert to join our team at EssilorLuxottica. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing education programs for internal and external audiences, including eye care professionals, wholesalers, and retailers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver interactive learning experiences and tailored educational curriculum for optometrists, opticians, and sales associates.
- Contribute to the go-to-market plan of EssilorLuxottica's vision care solutions by delivering educational B2B assets within the right timing.
- Identify educational needs, manage innovation pipelines, and align with global and regional business needs.
- Develop internal and external partnerships to ensure accurate, impactful, and compliant educational content.
- Define educational objectives from a technical, scientific, or clinical perspective.
- Design educational assets that are appealing to learners and differentiate for our brand.
- Develop comprehensive, qualitative, scientifically and clinically exact, non-promotional content and materials for education purposes on vision care, products, and brands.
- Work with internal stakeholders, external agencies, and consultants to ensure delivery of results within guidelines, budgets, and timelines.
- Produce educational assets that are fully aligned with our brand strategy and guidelines.
- Establish KPIs to measure the impact of educational programs.
- Benchmark optical industry learning programs and certifications.
- Innovate using the latest technologies in the development and implementation of educational programs and initiatives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a project/product manager role in a dynamic and complex work environment.
- Bachelor or master's degree in optometry or optics.
- Additional marketing education would be a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to hold an international role and coordinate multi-stakeholder projects in a multicultural environment.
- Solid knowledge in education, digital learning, adult learning principles, and business and technical English.
- Experience in working successfully in a team and managing complex projects.
- Competence in business and technical English (written and verbal).
- Proven experience in the optical industry.
- Results-oriented, customer-focused, and continuous improvement way of working.
- Positive approach, innovative, and collaborative behaviors.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- French/Italian would be a plus.
