Key Responsibilities:

As Head of Sales and Business Development, you will be responsible for driving the commercial growth of dotConferences. This includes developing a 360-degree commercial plan, perfecting the offer, and leading the B2B go-to-market strategy.

You will also be responsible for defining territories for hunting and farming, driving revenue growth for each event, and ensuring existing partners' satisfaction and driving ROI.

Additionally, you will be responsible for reactivating past partnerships, identifying and convincing new companies to partner, and expanding the activity while ensuring high-quality relationships.

You will also be responsible for developing new offers and packages, launching new forms of engagement, and launching new territories and countries in line with the company's strategy.

Finally, you will be responsible for leading a team, working with external partners, and growing the business to gather the first pillars of a future sales team.
