Too Good To Go is a certified B Corporation on a mission to reduce food waste and connect businesses with consumers. As our new Head of Sales Performance, you'll drive our sales strategy in France, leading a team of sales professionals to achieve excellent geographic coverage, efficiency, and quality.
You'll use your expertise in sales methodologies to ensure the team fulfils their potential, constantly training, coaching, and mentoring them for peak performance.
Key responsibilities include analyzing the French market to identify geographic and segment opportunities for growth, building a plan for optimum results, and developing a sales function in a fast-growing business.
Requirements include a solid experience in sales, ideally inside sales and partner retention, strong capabilities on Salesforce and Excel/Google Sheets, and fluency in French and English.
