Alice & Bob is a deep tech company on a mission to build the first fault-tolerant Quantum Computer. We're seeking a seasoned professional to lead our commercial strategy and drive sustainable growth.

As the Head of Revenue and Business Growth, you'll be at the forefront of our go-to-market initiatives, working closely with the executive team to develop innovative strategies and make a significant impact on the quantum computing industry.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing a holistic revenue strategy, including sales and business development initiatives.
  • Driving revenue growth through customer acquisition, partnerships, and new market entry.
  • Establishing and optimizing pricing models, sales processes, and customer engagement strategies.

Additionally, you'll lead market expansion efforts, both in France and globally, and cultivate relationships with key industry stakeholders and clients.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in sales, business development, or revenue leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of scaling revenue in an innovative sector.
  • Experience leading go-to-market strategies across diverse channels.
  • Strong understanding of complex technologies and ability to communicate technical concepts effectively.
  • Fluency in English and French is required.
