Shopopop, une entreprise innovante dans le domaine du cotransportage, recherche un Team Lead Customer Success pour rejoindre son équipe de 24 personnes déjà en place. Ce poste est chargé de l'animation et de l'encouragement de l'équipe, ainsi que du suivi de l'activité de l'équipe au quotidien.

Missions
  • Être le relais entre les collaborateurs et la direction ;
  • Organiser et animer les réunions de travail, effectuer le reporting d'activité et/ou de projets ;
  • Organiser et assurer la formation des nouveaux entrants ;
  • Coacher les équipes déjà en place.
Compétences requises
  • 4/5 années d'expérience minimum en tant que manager d'équipe ;
  • Capacité à communiquer, à écouter et à trancher ;
  • Esprit critique et capacité d'analyse ;
  • Connaissance de Zendesk et Excel ;
  • Capacité à résoudre des problèmes techniques et à optimiser les processus.
