About the Role

Lengow, a leading e-commerce platform, is seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Officer to join its Customer Success team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to merchants, ensuring their satisfaction with the Lengow platform, and resolving any technical issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and accurate support to merchants via phone or ticketing tool, ensuring their satisfaction with the Lengow platform.
  • Ensure merchants can utilize all features offered by the platform.
  • Elevate issues to the Technical Support team, reproducing, qualifying, and summarizing incidents.
  • Recommend customer documentation updates or creation to reduce assistance needs.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success Manager to report and alert them to difficulties with Lengow.
Requirements
  • Fluency in English and French (Spanish, Dutch, or Italian is a plus).
  • Experience with support software.
  • Customer-oriented, empathetic, and patient.
  • Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
  • Technical background or strong interest in problem-solving.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, able to work with diverse individuals and teams.
  • Autonomous, proactive, and resourceful.
  • Ideal experience in e-commerce.
