Role and Responsibilities

We are seeking an External Sales Manager to join our French team in the North, responsible for optimizing the commercial structure and leading the external sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the General Sales Manager to ensure effective and efficient operation of the external sales team.
  • Work with the Sales Director to set targets and ensure reporting for the region.
  • Manage regional sales managers to drive sales growth.
  • Analyze customer data to develop personalized action plans and support External Sales Advisors in customer contacts.
  • Facilitate change by preparing teams for new product integrations.
  • Daily travel, including overnight trips, is required.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales and management experience.
  • Ability to communicate in English and participate in working meetings within the TVH group.
  • Background in the spare parts industry is ideal.
