About the Role
As a Sales Executive at Workday France, you will play a pivotal role in driving new customer growth and guiding them towards a modern enterprise management cloud solution. Your focus will be on developing strategies, closing key opportunities, and building strong relationships with customers.
In this role, you will:
- Develop prioritization and targeting strategies for key opportunities
- Coordinate with internal teams for account planning and strategic alignment
- Initiate sales and share Workday value proposition with Large Enterprise prospects
- Manage relationships with new customers, focusing on deal management and connecting them with Workday solutions
- Negotiate deals with C-Suite Executives
- Maintain accurate customer/prospect data and forecasts
About You
Basic Qualifications
8+ years of experience selling SaaS/Cloud solutions to C-level executives
Experience collaborating with internal teams to achieve quota
Proven experience in understanding industry trends and customer needs
Ability to establish trust with key stakeholders
Excellent communication skills
Fluent in French and English
