Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the Off-Trade operations within the domestic market
  • Propel the growth of the Brown-Forman brand portfolio in the Off-Trade sector
  • Manage commercial strategies and the field sales team
  • Align global commercial initiatives with On-Trade partners
  • Formulate and execute sales strategies aimed at enhancing market share and profitability
  • Design and implement local sales tactics through visibility, promotional activities, and pricing strategies
  • Lead the Area Sales Managers team
  • Collaborate with Key Account Managers, RGM Customer Category Manager, and marketing teams
  • Mentor and develop sales teams
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) branded products
  • Exceptional negotiation skills with Off-Trade clients at a national scale
  • Comprehensive management experience with strong change management capabilities
  • Extensive understanding of the French retail landscape and Off-Trade operations
  • Proficient in both French and English
  • Strong dedication to achieving results
