Meliá Hotels International S.A. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Manager to join our team at INNSiDE Paris Charles De Gaulle. As a Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operations of the hotel, ensuring seamless guest experiences and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning, coordination, and management of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, and engineering departments.
- Direct and inspire hotel teams to deliver exceptional service, quality, and productivity.
- Ensure the smooth implementation of Meliá Hotels International's procedures and policies in alignment with strategic plans.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as Hotel Manager or Resident Manager in airport hotels.
- 360-degree knowledge of hotel operations.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire hotel teams.
- Attention to detail and a passion for excellence.
- University diploma/degree in Tourism or equivalent Hospitality and Tourism studies.
- International experience preferred.
- Able to work with an Operations Center.
- Functional knowledge of all department operations.
- Demonstrate ability in Human Resources Management, Talent Development, and people-oriented.
- Motivated, adaptable, innovative, and think outside the box.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- High geographical flexibility preferred.
- Native or bilingual proficiency in French is mandatory.
- English language is mandatory.
- Able to reside in Paris (France).
