Sales Development Manager

As a Sales Development Manager at Bio UV, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and expanding our presence in the UK and Scandinavia markets. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining a robust sales portfolio, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering sales through complex sales processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a robust sales portfolio in target markets
- Gain new clients through prospecting and achieve sales through complex sales processes
- Learn and demonstrate company products, deliver customer training, and maintain contact with the After-Sales Service Team
- Provide feedback on market intelligence and analyze monthly statistical reports
- Participate in national and international exhibitions as required
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional sales experience in industrial equipment or solution sales, preferably in water and wastewater treatment applications
- Fluency in English; French language skills a plus
- Ability to work from home in autonomy and travel up to 50% of the time
