In this role, you will provide support to the General Manager for Retail operations in France and Monaco.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with Paris teams (Finance, Marketing, Merchandising) to oversee and refine the Budget development process.
- Monitoring the progress of store opening projects.
- Actively contributing to the preparation of presentations for Management meetings.
- Conducting competitive analysis and performance evaluations.
- Office Management/Assistance: managing the General Manager's schedule, organizing meetings, seminars, team events, and coordinating business travel arrangements.
- Coordinating and preparing presentations for weekly (France Committee) and monthly 360 meetings on various cross-functional topics (merchandising, marketing, operations, HR, etc.).
A graduate from a Business School is required.
Previous experience is essential.
Strong analytical and synthesis skills are necessary.
Ability to observe, adapt, and maintain discretion is important.
Initiative and the ability to work autonomously are valued.
Proficiency in computer tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is required.
Key qualities include flexibility, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
Experience in retail or luxury sectors is mandatory or highly desirable.
This position is based in Paris.
