Vos responsabilités :
En tant que membre clé de l'équipe, vous serez chargé(e) de :
- Diriger et développer l'équipe, gérer l'animation commerciale du point de vente, et assurer la gestion administrative quotidienne.
- Contribuer à l'élaboration de stratégies pour optimiser les performances individuelles et collectives.
- Encadrer et motiver l'équipe, en animant les rituels managériaux.
- Communiquer et fédérer l'équipe autour des objectifs de l'entreprise.
- Suivre les indicateurs de performance et gérer les niveaux de stock pour atteindre les objectifs de vente.
- Établir et entretenir des relations de confiance avec une clientèle qualifiée.
- Représenter la marque tant en interne qu'en externe, en recherchant activement de nouvelles opportunités.
- Assurer le respect des politiques et procédures de l'entreprise.
- Superviser l'ensemble des opérations de gestion, y compris les aspects administratifs et comptables.
En tant qu'ambassadeur de la marque, vous incarnerez les valeurs de l'entreprise : passion pour le client, innovation, engagement collectif et recherche de l'excellence.
- Vous justifiez d'une expérience d'au moins 2 ans dans un poste similaire dans le secteur du luxe.
- Vous maîtrisez l'anglais et le français, la connaissance d'une troisième langue est un atout.
- Vous possédez un leadership naturel et d'excellentes compétences relationnelles.
- Vous êtes capable de manager une petite équipe et de les motiver vers l'atteinte des résultats.
- Vous faites preuve de passion pour le service, de dynamisme et d'empathie, tout en maintenant un haut niveau d'exigence.
- Vous avez de solides compétences organisationnelles et analytiques.
- Votre présentation et votre communication, tant verbale qu'écrite, sont irréprochables.
