We are seeking a seasoned Resources Manager to play a pivotal role in enhancing key areas, including Complete Staffing Management, Data Analysis, and External Workforce Management.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing the Staffing process, collaborating with stakeholders to fulfill client project requirements effectively.
  • Monitoring project management activities, ensuring accurate data updates, including time tracking, task management, and reporting.
  • Assessing pipeline dynamics, providing insightful recommendations on workforce planning to ensure successful project execution.

Additionally, the ideal candidate will:

  • Manage financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and transparency in financial analysis.
  • Gather essential data for developing Post Go Live analysis and Key Performance Indicators to evaluate project outcomes.
  • Conduct in-depth analyses of PGL projects, optimizing existing KPIs for enhanced project performance and stakeholder communication.

The successful candidate will possess:

  • At least one previous experience in Business Management.
  • Proficiency in office tools, with advanced Excel skills and ability to create tracking and reporting tables.
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with a sense of service and internal and external client contact.
  • Autonomy, organization, and versatility, with a strong sense of teamwork and confidentiality.
