As a key member of our Commercial Department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue. Your primary focus will be on building and maintaining strong relationships with our partners and dealer distributors, ensuring they have the necessary tools and support to maximize sales volume and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute sales plans to achieve commercial objectives
* Collaborate with the HQ team to design and implement processes and CRM systems to scale sales efforts
* Provide training and support to partners and dealer distributors to enhance their sales capabilities
* Monitor sales performance and provide regular feedback to the Commercial Director
* Hire, onboard, and train a high-performing sales team

Requirements:

* Proven experience in sales training and development
* Strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
