Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Communication and Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team at Atica. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping our brand narrative and engaging our audience through compelling storytelling that intersects with the realms of culture and art. The ideal candidate will have a passion for gastronomy, a deep appreciation for cultural diversity, and the ability to craft captivating content that resonates with our target audience.

Responsibilities
  • Drive ticket sales and own revenue management, utilizing various channels to ensure tickets are sold.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that reflects Atica's commitment to culinary excellence and cultural enrichment.
  • Create engaging content across various platforms, including website, social media, email newsletters, and blogs, highlighting the intersection of food, culture, and the arts.
  • Collaborate with local artists and cultural institutions to curate content that reflects the vibrant cultural landscape.
  • Build and nurture relationships with media owners, journalists, influencers, and cultural organizations to promote Atica's unique culinary offerings and cultural programming.
  • Develop and pitch stories that showcase Atica's commitment to supporting local artists, fostering creativity, and celebrating cultural diversity.
  • Coordinate media events, press releases, and media partnerships to generate buzz and excitement around Atica's launch and ongoing initiatives.
  • Manage Atica's social media channels with a focus on creating engaging content that resonates with our audience and fosters community engagement.
  • Develop and implement social media campaigns that highlight Atica's culinary creations, cultural events, and artistic collaborations.
  • Monitor social media trends and conversations related to food, culture, and the arts, and leverage opportunities to enhance Atica's online presence and brand visibility.
  • Write and edit compelling copy for marketing materials, promotional campaigns, and guest communications, ensuring consistency in messaging and brand voice.
  • Track and analyze the performance of content initiatives using key metrics and analytics tools and derive actionable insights to optimize content strategy and drive engagement.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate content performance, audience insights, and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
  • Master's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field.
  • Fluency in both French and English (written and spoken).
  • Experience in content creation, communications, or related roles, preferably in hospitality, food, culture, or luxury.
  • Passion for gastronomy, culture, and art.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including content management systems, social media analytics, and CRM email marketing software.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset, able to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
