Senior Account Manager, Retail

Sous la responsabilité d'un Directeur d'Unité, vous intègrerez le pôle développement commercial & stratégique.
Missions clés :- Établir et mettre en œuvre un plan d'engagement Clients volontariste sur votre portefeuille avec le support de votre Directeur d'Unité : étendre le réseau, construire une relation de confiance et développer de vrais Sponsors chez nos Clients
- Développer le revenu des solutions Circana auprès des Clients prospects de votre portefeuille permettant de positionner Circana
- Participer à l'anticipation des renouvellements de collaborations majeures afin d'en influencer le brief et d'assurer le meilleur positionnement de notre société pour renouveler nos contrats
- Porter et soutenir, auprès de vos contacts, les discussions autour des solutions Big Data Circana (données clients, supply chain...) et obtenir l'ouverture puis le gain d'appels d'offres sur ces solutions structurantes qui assureront le développement pérenne de l'entreprise
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les différents experts Solution et Innovation pour bâtir un discours pertinent pour vos clients
Profil :
- Diplômé(e) d'un BAC+4/5 en Ecole de Commerce, d'Ingénieur Agro ou SI, ou en Université
- Expérience de 4/5 ans sur une fonction consulting/commerciale, gestion de comptes clés ou business developpement pour des solutions (analytiques, stratégiques, Big Data...) et avoir démontré votre savoir-faire de conseil dans le secteur de distribution/retail
- Tenace, proactif et curieux, votre orientation Client Centrics vous donne l'agilité de saisir des problématiques complexes, d'adapter vos approches et actions pour l'atteinte de vos objectifs
- Imaginatif, vous savez retraduire en recommandations opérationnelles de nouvelles méthodologies et approches
- Convaincant de par vos fortes capacités relationnelles et vos compétences en communication écrites et orales
- Autonome, vous aimez aussi travailler en équipe et vous êtes fortement motivé par la gestion de projets dans le but d'atteindre les objectifs de Circana et de ses clients
- Anglais courant
