Job Title: International Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled International Account Manager to join our team at McCann Erickson Paris. As a key member of our Country Management Team, you will be responsible for managing our worldwide markets and their work, from strategic, creative, and operational needs and projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement global marketing strategies to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Oversee local developments from brief to roll-out, working with McCann agencies, Regional Business Leads, and the Executive Creative Director.
  • Champion the origination of local activations allowing markets to sustain growth locally.
  • Act as the central link between McCann/Countries, our global team, and key L'Oréal Paris senior clients.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in an agency as an account manager, with a strong background in global marketing and client relationships.
  • Fluent in English and excellent communication skills.
  • Organized, rigorous, attention to details, proactivity essential.
  • Passion for creative work and a good understanding of the brand strategy.
