Job Title: Marketing and Sales Senior Manager

EIT Manufacturing is seeking a seasoned marketing and sales expert to lead the Marketing & Sales function. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and implementing Go-To-Market plans for commercial services across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement a cohesive marketing and sales strategy for all commercial services
  • Develop and lead a small team to achieve marketing and sales objectives
  • Collaborate with regional teams to maximize sales conversion and analyze sales funnel performance
  • Review and suggest improvements to the leads pipeline and sales performance
  • Work closely with the Business Controller to review profitability of commercial services
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in business management, marketing, or engineering sciences
  • Minimum 8 years of experience as Marketing Manager in B2B Services or industrial sectors
  • Proven track record of designing digital marketing strategies and leading Go-To-Market plans
  • Good knowledge of service packaging and pricing, as well as service partnership development
  • Ability to think creatively and propose new ideas to improve efficiency of Go-To-Market
Location:

The role location can be located close to any European offices in France, Spain, Italy, Greece, and Germany with a mix between remote working and access to EIT Manufacturing working space.

Travel within Europe can be expected.
