Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Middle Enterprise Account Manager based in Paris to further develop the French territory.

This individual will work closely with the Sales Engineer team, as well as with partners and leverage the power of corporate resources within their account base.

The focus will be on hunting and developing New Logo Accounts (cross vertical) up to 2,500 users.

The successful candidate will increase market share of Proofpoint products through outbound telephone prospecting to commercial accounts within an assigned region.

They will work with Sales Engineers to prepare account strategies and plans, and focus on hunting and developing new Proofpoint accounts in the market.

Experience of using Salesforce (or similar CRM tools) is a plus, and experience selling to IT departments and IT management is preferred.

Fluent French and English language skills are required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute account strategies to increase market share of Proofpoint products
  • Work closely with Sales Engineers to prepare account plans and strategies
  • Hunt and develop new Proofpoint accounts in the market
  • Utilize Salesforce (or similar CRM tools) to manage accounts and opportunities
  • Sell to IT departments and IT management, with a focus on cross-vertical sales
