Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven National Account Development Manager to join our team at Global Blue. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing and developing an assigned merchants portfolio for TFS, Payment, and Post Purchase, with a focus on driving sales growth and new business acquisition.

Main Responsibilities
  • Deliver sales targets and new business targets through effective account management and relationship building
  • Coordinate sell-out activities with Performance Managers and cross-sell Global Blue products to existing accounts
  • Develop and implement account plans to drive business growth and minimize debt exposure
  • Monitor and manage debt levels of assigned accounts and ensure accurate use of CRM to plan, record, and report account-specific activity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Country Managers, Sales Managers, Marketing Managers, and Merchant Support representatives
Requirements
  • 3-4 years' experience in account management, ideally in retail or financial services
  • Strong sales talent, results orientation, and passion for reaching sales targets
  • Excellent customer relationship and management skills, with a focus on business acumen and commerciality
  • Ability to negotiate and influence, with good written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Self-motivated, customer-focused, and target-driven, with a strong understanding of the sales cycle
