Strategic Account Development Manager

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and expanding national accounts in the water technology industry. With a strong focus on customer service and value-added products, you will help our customers achieve their goals and improve their bottom line.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and expand existing and new national accounts in the water technology industry
  • Design and implement strategic business plans for national accounts
  • Present value-add products and programs to customers, highlighting their impact on the business
  • Ensure customer service delivery and the delivery of Nalco Water's value proposition
  • Build and secure major new business accounts at the corporate level
  • Partner and lead service and sales teams to ensure revenue and profit targets are met and Service Standards are consistent

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
  • Water treatment or specialty chemical industry experience
  • Demonstrated large account management success in the selected industry with executive-level relationship sales experience
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)

Location: Remote (France or Benelux)
