Position Overview
You will play a key role in achieving our goals related to customer service quality, satisfaction, and loyalty.
Supporting the checkout manager, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Leading and engaging your team around our objectives;
- Managing, organizing, and planning the checkout line and customer reception at the store;
- Ensuring high-quality customer relations;
- Overseeing financial transactions (cash orders, cash fund management, safe handling, bank deposits, etc.);
- Streamlining the checkout process for our customers and effectively addressing complaints;
- Monitoring performance and productivity targets for your department, along with implementing corrective actions as needed.
You will also step in for the checkout manager during their absence.
