WORK ENVIRONMENT :

The headquarters of the AXA Group (GIE AXA) consolidates our corporate functions, providing essential guidance and support to our global subsidiaries. This ensures the alignment and monitoring of the Group's overarching strategy, adherence to standards, and the sharing of best practices. With around 1000 employees from 45 different nationalities, our headquarters is a vibrant and stimulating workplace.

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

Job Objective

The primary objective of this role is to facilitate and drive enablement across the GUO and GIE, addressing various topics such as AXA GO/TDO, Global Business Services (GBS), Data Procurement, and Finance.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and support GUO engagement with Group functions, addressing both routine and strategic matters. Act as the GUO Single Point of Contact (SPoC) for IT Demand and Project Portfolio Management. Collaborate with stakeholders to define GUO demands and needs through process analysis and business requirements documentation. Ensure effective stakeholder management, facilitating governance and communication to align GUO demands with key stakeholders. Oversee procurement processes and outsourced services, developing a strategic roadmap to achieve GUO Technical Excellence. Maintain a register of external partnerships, ensuring compliance with Group Procurement processes and timely payments. Monitor outsourced services and develop business requirements to ensure quality and efficiency.

PROFILE REQUIREMENTS :

Essential Competencies

Proven ability to drive change in a complex, international environment. Strong communication skills, capable of simplifying complex messages. Ability to cultivate productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Excellent analytical and financial skills. Proficiency in English and French; Spanish is a plus.
