About the Role

The selected candidate will be responsible for influencing the use and evaluation of our Bioproduction products for biotechnology and pharmaceutical organizations. They will maintain and grow businesses in existing key accounts and seek new relationships in less known areas of segmentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Influence the adoption and evaluation of our Bioproduction products among biotechnology and pharmaceutical organizations.
  • Maintain and grow existing key accounts, as well as identify new business opportunities in less known areas of segmentation.
  • Utilize judgment and prioritization to allocate resources effectively to drive sales objectives.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the sales environment and collaborate efficiently with other teams to ensure the delivery of valuable insights for new proposal presentations to clients.
  • Provide accurate forecasts and order loss reports, as well as competitive information.
Requirements
  • At least 5 years of sales experience in the Bioproduction market or related fields.
  • A proven sales track record and relationships with upstream and downstream process development teams in key biotechnology accounts in the region.
  • Strong technical skills to discuss and support requirements in workflows related to cell therapy and genetics, recombinant proteins, and monoclonal antibodies in process development, pilot plants, and manufacturing sciences.
  • Knowledge of key accounts and clients, as well as the ability to interpret client needs and determine solutions.
  • Strong analytical skills to analyze sales data from the territory and technical information.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with a CRM system.
  • Bachelor's degree in life sciences or chemistry (or equivalent).
  • Proficiency in English and French.
  • Extensive travel throughout the region.
