Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Account Manager to join our team. As an Inside Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing customers, identifying new sales opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed assigned sales targets
  • Maintain and grow existing customer relationships through regular communication and product updates
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through market research and customer interactions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and technical support, to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Provide sales forecasts and insights to support business planning and decision-making

Requirements

  • Master's or Ph.D. in Life Sciences or a related field
  • Proven sales experience in the life sciences industry, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
  • Fluency in English and French, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
