The Aspire Impact team is seeking a seasoned sales leader to drive business growth through strategic partnerships and customer acquisition.
Job Overview:
We are a social enterprise focused on Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) impact measurement and reporting. Our innovative approach has earned us recognition as India's first Impact Rating & Certification initiative. With a strong track record of successful impact assessment projects for prominent corporate, nonprofit, and business finance groups, we're poised for significant expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.
- Manage and execute sales pipelines, including lead generation, need assessments, proposal writing, negotiation, closure, and account management.
- Collaborate with our marketing team to enhance our online presence, grow our following, and engage potential clients.
- Specialize in key sectors, create market maps, and develop best practices in sustainability and impact assessment to effectively engage clients.
- Present to internal stakeholders, structure reports, and provide transparent MIS and time-sheet updates.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you'll require a postgraduate degree in social development or business, combined with at least ten years of B2B sales experience working with C-level executives. Experience in the impact sector, ESG, and SaaS is highly desirable. Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with attention to detail, are essential.
Estimated Salary: ₹30-₹45 Lakhs per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. This is a work-from-home opportunity with a long-term perspective, offering flexibility and opportunities for growth.
