At Hendrix Genetics, we’re looking for our next Director of Sales & Commercial Excellence for the Hybrid Turkeys division in the EMEA region. We’re searching for an energetic, people-oriented leader who’s excited about the opportunity to drive growth and build meaningful relationships with our customers. If you’re passionate about agriculture and love connecting with people, this could be the perfect role for you
What You’ll Do:
Lead and implement sales and pricing strategies in close collaboration with regional managers.
Build strong partnerships with our key accounts to support long-term growth.
Keep an eye on industry trends and adjust strategies to stay ahead of the curve.
Represent Hendrix Genetics at major industry events and meet the movers and shakers.
Support and grow our sales team (6-8 people) with a focus on collaboration and development.
What You Bring :
Bachelor’s Degree in Science or equivalent leadership experience.
10+ years of experience in sales and customer service.
Deep knowledge of the turkey industry and exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
