Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Analyst to join our team at our Lisses (91) office. As a key member of our Supply Chain Integration Services (SCIS) team, you will work closely with our international team to develop and implement supply chain solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Implement Supply Chain Solutions

    • Analyze complex business problems and develop solutions using applications and technology.

    • Contribute to the identification and development of processes and procedures that meet user requirements.

    • Support the market in reviewing key performance indicators and developing and executing improvement plans.

    • Propose and lead initiatives to improve processes, focusing on the three pillars: operational processes, process knowledge, and system improvements.

    • Promote the adoption of system features to rationalize and improve market performance.

    • Establish a training and certification framework to ensure effective use of tools and processes and correct identification of desired evolutions.

    • Design and implement methods for collecting and managing supply chain data, including developing reports and critical analyses of the supply chain.

  • Collect Requirements

    • Collect needs from Supply Chain teams.

  • Participate in Project Delivery

    • Participate in the delivery of projects and system evolutions.

    • Provide advice on system behavior, identify optimized scenarios for testing.

    • Support communication, training, and change management actions.

    • Create test scripts and coordinate user testing.

  • Ensure Operational Support

    • Manage relationships with key stakeholders.

    • Manage incidents in solutions.

    • Provide training and guidance to users.

    • Create and maintain documentation, test scripts, and user instructions.

  • Maintain and Support Martin Brower Applications

    • Collaborate with other key functions to maintain and support Martin Brower applications.

Requirements

  • Education and Experience

    • Higher education in Supply Chain or Engineering, or first experience in a supply chain analysis role.

  • Technical Skills

    • Excellent level of English.

    • Experience and aptitude for coordination.

    • Data analysis - Excel, Power BI, or another reporting solution.

    • Experience with process mapping and improvement.

  • Other Desired Skills

    • Good team spirit with a collaborative approach and ability to work across functions with different profiles and cultures.

    • Organized, methodical, attention to detail, and quality of service.

    • Good analytical, structuring, and communication skills.

    • Able to work in a multi-project mode.

    • Good oral communication skills (listen and communicate effectively and convincingly).

    • Good writing skills in French and English.

    • Oriented towards service, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.

Benefits
