Senior Business Development Manager

CME Argentina is seeking a seasoned Senior Business Developer to drive revenue growth and expand our presence in the European Market.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the IT services and consulting industry.
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to meet and exceed sales and revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the executive team to set business development goals and objectives.
- Establish and maintain a robust pipeline of leads and opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Serve as the main point of contact for existing clients and ensure their satisfaction with the services provided.
- Anticipate and address client concerns, inquiries, and issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and contract negotiations to potential clients.
- Collaborate with the legal team to review and negotiate contracts to protect the company's interests.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality service and support to clients, meeting or exceeding contractual obligations.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competition, and market dynamics.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and threats.
- Provide regular updates and reports on market intelligence to the management team.
- Achieve and exceed sales and revenue targets set by the company.
- Develop and implement strategies to cross-sell and upsell services to existing clients.
- Drive the growth of the client portfolio through effective lead generation and conversion.
- Collaborate with the technical and delivery teams to ensure client requirements are met and projects are executed successfully.
- Work closely with marketing and branding teams to enhance the company's visibility and reputation in the market.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven track record in IT services and consulting or related industry with a minimum of 10 years of experience in business development.
- Strong understanding of IT services and technology trends.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other business development tools.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.
