Your key responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing and analyzing the execution of long-term work strategies, energy performance assessments, and enhancement studies for properties in collaboration with operational managers.
- Identifying critical cases requiring immediate attention, particularly those related to energy renovations, in coordination with service directors and managers.
- Keeping abreast of national and local funding opportunities.

- Contributing to the development of operational and investment budgets alongside property and rental management teams.
Requirements:
- Technology: Proficient in Apple products with Office suite; management software: Millenium, set for deployment in 2023.
